How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
What if I do not like the item(s) or they do not fit, I would like to return it?
Contact our customer service team by filling in the form here with your order number and reason for return, our team will provide the procedure for the return. Once inspected, you will be refunded.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied and therefore, will not be refunded.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
I provided the wrong delivery address or I did not collect my order from my postal office/customs and my order is currently being returned to sender, what do I do?
Contact us here with your order number and correct delivery address so we can start the process for a replacement.
Please note that if in the event of a refund, there is a 15% restocking fee will be applied and therefore, will not be refunded.
Do returns apply to all products?
Returns apply to most products, but there are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, earrings cannot be returned.
All the expenses of shipping and handling of the items are not refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
I haven't received my refund - what do I do?
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, we recommend contacting PayPal or your bank/credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is processed into your account. You are also able to contact us here so we can look into this on our side.
My tracking number states that it was delivered but I did not receive it - what do I do?
We are unable to issue refunds for orders that have a delivery status of 'delivered'. Therefore, it is recommended to contact your postal courier with your tracking number and delivery address for further information.
My order has already been dispatched and I would like a refund - what do I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for orders that are currently in transit however, you are able to return the order once it has arrived. You can contact us here to proceed with this return.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
